Orders with multiple items may require additional handling time for proper testing, cleaning and secure packaging preparation. Delivery times are estimates only and will depend on mail carrier delays, weather conditions, current inventory levels and any unforeseen events.
Order cancellation request window is 1 hour after purchase, orders that have been marked as shipped have already progressed through the pack and ship stream and cannot be canceled.
Due to our constantly evolving inventory we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. This includes but not limited to, out of stock issues, pricing error adjustments, shipping and billing address issues, payment verification issues, not complying with the listings terms and failure to adhere to store policies.
RETURNS POLICY AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we offer a 30 day return policy from the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return the item must be defective-non working and in the condition the item was shipped and received. Brand new items that have been opened, order mistakes by the buyer or change of mind requests are not eligible for returns. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order for any return authorization request, after this contact window has expired all return requests will be invalid and the sale will be final. Authorized returns will be in the form of a refund of the original order price. We do not offer exchanges for requested returns. Any returns of merchandise without authorization by us will be solely at the buyers expense and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. **This includes** Costumer shipping address errors and any Return to Sender not Authorized by us for returning merchandise.
