Shipping Policies - Orders ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Weekends and Holidays) Orders typically have a 1-3 day handling and processing time prior to shipment. Expedited Orders receive top priority for faster service. Orders with multiple items may require additional handling time and may ship and arrive separately. Delivery times are estimates only and will depend on mail carrier delays, weather conditions, current inventory levels and any unforeseen events.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation request window is 1 hour after purchase, orders that have been marked as shipped have already progressed through the pack and ship stream and cannot be canceled.

Due to our constantly evolving inventory we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. This includes but not limited to, out of stock issues, pricing error adjustments, shipping and billing address issues, payment verification issues, not complying with the listings terms and failure to adhere to store policies.

RETURNS POLICY AND REFUNDS

Returns Policies - We offer a 30 day return policy from the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return the item must be defective-non working and in the condition the item was shipped and received. All refunds will be only be in the form of store credit or exchange of the same item (if available) Brand new items that have been opened, buyer remorse and or mistakes are not eligible for returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
