Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policies - Orders ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Weekends and Holidays) Orders typically have a 1-3 day handling and processing time prior to shipment. Standard - Plus orders get bumped to the top of the queue list for faster processing. Orders with multiple items may require additional handling time and may ship and arrive separately. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed this will depend on mail carrier delays, weather conditions, current inventory levels and any unforeseen events.

Returns Policies - We offer a 30 day return policy from the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return the item must be defective-non working and in the condition the item was shipped and received. All refunds will only be in the form of store credit or exchange of the same item (if available) Brand new items that have been opened, buyer remorse and or mistakes are not eligible for returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any Returns without proper authorization by us will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Please contact us here to receive an authorization request with a valid email and provide the order number following the policy criteria stated above.
